Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After 2 hours, the hamper goes into processing and cannot be cancelled because it is made specially for you.

Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
a) Damaged Product on Delivery
If your hamper arrives damaged:
You must share unboxing video + photos within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will issue:
Replacement OR
Refund (as per your preference)
No refund is possible without a proper unboxing video.
b) Wrong Item Delivered
If we delivered the wrong hamper, you will receive:
A free replacement
OR
Full refund
c) Lost Package
If the courier partner confirms that the package is lost, you will receive a full refund.
No Refunds / No Returns For
Change of mind
Incorrect address given by customer
Delayed delivery due to courier issues, festivals, weather, or unavoidable reasons
Customized hampers (because they are made specially on order)
Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days to your original payment method.
