At Pearlith, we value your satisfaction and trust.Customized gifts are not eligible for return or refund.Only non-customized (normal) products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.The item must be unused, in its original seal packaging, and a clear unboxing video must be provided.Without the seal package video, return or refund will not be accepted.If the package is damaged or unsealed at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and inform the delivery person immediately.Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement as per our policy.
